Ubiquity Lake Outfitters hunts a vast area surrounding Ubiquity, Carpenter, Esker and Mckie Lake. Our Canadian black bear population is excellent and the number of hunters we service is low. With our ratio of hunters to bears being so low, your opportunity to take a record book black bear is very good!

Jereme Jones, Montana
Jereme was our first ever bear hunter as the new owners of Ubiquity Lake Outfitters, which made his hunt all the more special.

A group of return guests, this was their second trip starting their journey all the way in Kansas City and Jereme was picked up along the way in Montana.
​
They landed on the water at 3:30pm and Jereme had a big bear on the ground at 9:30pm the same day.
​
Despite the cold, wintery weather, he and Adam went out. The bait was busy, with three other bears coming in throughout their sit. None were what Jereme was looking for. Moments after they decided to head back to the boat and head towards camp, this scar faced bruin sauntered in behind the stand. Jereme decided he wanted to shoot and did; one and done.
