For the ultimate in privacy and seclusion, we offer our Outpost camp at Carpenter Lake. Located 1 1/2 miles from Ubiquity Lake, this rustic cabin is nestled on a beautiful bay at the bottom end of a set of rapids. Guests travel by boat or 4 - wheeler from Ubiquity lake to Carpenter Lake and stay in an authentic log cabin built by local Indians. This cabin will sleep 6 and is equipped with a generator,
propane stove, refrigerator, freezer and both cooking and eating
utensils. If you are not worried about getting your feet wet, you can push your boat up a creek and enter Surprise Lake. Your sure to see our Bald Eagle sitting up on his perch high above the lake and dont forget to check out "Marshall's Mountain" for a beautiful view. Carpenter Lake holds the record for the largest Lake Trout at our lodge; however repeat clients love this lake for its Trophy Northern Pike . It doesn't get much better, than catching one of these 4 ft. fresh water sharks.
