Cancellation Policy

Our season is short, so deposits are non-refundable. If cancellations are received 90 days or more, prior to departure date, payments made will be applied to a re-scheduled trip which must be taken within one year of original reservation.

Cancellations within 90 days of departure will result in a forfeiture of all payments made at that time. To minimize your loss in case of emergency, we strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to cover your investment should a family emergency, act of God, or other unforeseen situation arise, which would cause you to cancel your trip.

Travel Guard International , offers Insurance specific to you. They offer standard coverage's of Cancellation and Trip Interruption but also offer specialized  benefits such as Equipment and Personal Effects for Lost, Stolen or Damaged gear or Equipment Delay coverage.
